Travel Plan
Day 01: Upon arrival in Dehradun
On the first day, we will arrive at Dehradun. Reach Dehradun Airport or Railway Station. Our driver will be there to help and give you a friendly greeting. Indulge in a smooth journey to your hotel and delight in a complimentary stay. Savour a mouth-watering dinner that is included. Make sure to acclimate yourself before embarking on your Yatra. Please arrive at the hotel by 7:30 PM for a briefing.
The exact time for the briefing session will be shared on the day of arrival. At this meeting, our tour coordinator will share important information about the upcoming tours and distribute duffel bags to transport your luggage. Get some good rest to prepare for an exhilarating beginning to your
Chardham pilgrimage! During our briefing session, we will discuss all relevant information and updates regarding the project. You can look forward to receiving a comprehensive overview and clarification on any questions or concerns you may have.
Day 02: Dehradun To Yamunotri
On the second day, we will fly from Dehradun to Yamunotri, with a flight time of approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Our driver will take you to the state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, where you will then board the helicopter for your journey to Yamunotri.
Upon reaching Kharsali (Yamunotri), our handlers will be there to receive you.
Help with carrying your luggage and accompany you to the hotel for the check – in process.
Yamunotri experienced a lengthy flight.
During the Yamunotri Darshan, you will enjoy a 6 km trek to reach the temple after breakfast. If desired, you can opt for a Palki or Pony ride for a more comfortable journey. At the Yamunotri
Temple, which is devoted to Goddess Yamuna, you will have the opportunity to experience a divine darshan.
Unwind: Following your darshan experience, indulge in a delectable meal and Unwind at the hotel with a delicious dinner. Day 03: Yamunotri to Gangotri
On the third day, we will fly from Yamunotri to Gangotri. The flight will t ake approximately 30 to 40
minutes.
After enjoying breakfast, you’ll then embark on a scenic helicopter flight to Harsil, renowned as one of the most picturesque valleys in Uttarakhand.
Known as “Mini Switzerland,” our team will be waiting to welcome you and provide transportation to your hotel upon your arrival. Gangotri Darshan is situated 20 km away from The hotel is easily

On the fifth day, we will fly from Kedarnath to Badrinath, with a flight duration of 30 to 40 minutes. yatra, continue your journey to Badrinath valleys and lofty peaks majestic peaks and sprawling valleys in the Himalayas. Upon reaching the Badrinath Helipad, our team was warmly welcomed and assisted with the entire check – in process. Our handlers will help you with your transfer to the hotel, where a delicious breakfast or lunch awaits.

Day 06 : Badrinath to Dehradun
On the sixth day, we will travel from Badrinath to Dehradun by flight, with a duration of approximately 55-65 minutes.
Morning Meal: Following the first meal of the day, show your respect to Badri Narayan and seek his blessings. However, if we depart promptly, you may not have time for breakfast.
Revisit Dehradun: Depart with uplifting energy and treasured recollections of your Chardham Yatra via helicopter.
Dehradun Arrival: Upon reaching our destination, retrieve your belongings from the hotel and
ensure a comfortable experience.
Transportation will be provided to your designated departure point, whether it be the airport,
railway station, or bus stand, according to your scheduled time of departure.
Your departure from Dehradun signifies the conclusion of your unforgettable Luxury Chardham Yatra.

The package does not include anything on the final day of arrival in Dehradun from Badrinath, except for the drop – off at your departure location.

Flexible flying times are available for your convenience.
The duration of the flight is dependent on both permissions and weather conditions. Modifications may be necessary due to unfavourable
weather or technical issues. There is a restriction on the amount of weight that can be carried by the body.
The maximum capacity for passengers on each helicopter is 6, with a combined weight limit of 445 kg.
Su-yatra maintains the authority to remove passengers from the flight if their current weight differs from the weight initially provided during the booking process.
Passengers who are de-boarded due to incorrect body weight will not be eligible for refunds.
Passengers are kindly asked to provide their precise body weight as measured by an electronic scale.
Passengers weighing over 75 kg will incur an additional charge of INR 2,500 per kg, which must be paid in Dehradun prior to departure.
In the event that the provided weight is inaccurate, passengers will either face a fee of INR 3,000 per kilogram during the pilot’s final check or risk being removed from the flight with no refund.
Weight of Baggage:
Each passenger is allowed to bring 1 small soft bag (max. 5 kg) with them on the day of arrival, which we will provide.
Luggage of a hard-case variety or bags exceeding standard size dimensions are prohibited.
Schedule for Flights:
The succession of Dham events can be subject to change due to weather conditions, technical difficulties, or government authorizations.
The scheduled time and order of departure may be subject to alteration.
Accommodations at the hotel will be provided for your stay.

It is highly recommended to extend your trip by one day beyond the 5N6D schedule to prevent any troubles in case of unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or Force Majeure circumstances.
Changes to the itinerary can happen as a result of delays, inclement weather, or unforeseen events. As a result, it is possible that our planned route may include:
Visit Dodham, Ek Dham , or Teen Dham within a span of 1 to 2 days.
If weather causes a backlog, the trip may be cancelled.
Flight is not permitted.
In the event of flight cancellation due to inclement weather or unexpected circumstances out of our control, a partial refund will be issued. Please note that taxes, royalty fees, and a 10% flight
preparation charge will not be included in the refund amount.
Medical conditions and special health concerns will be noted and taken into consideration.
Please notify us in advance if there are any medical or special conditions present.
Passengers who fail to disclose this information may be removed from the boarding process at our discretion.
Transportation to and from the airport:
Transportation is available exclusively on days of arrival and departure.
Transfers to Haridwar or Rishikesh will incur an additional charge of INR 8,000 per cab.
Grouping of Passengers:
A vehicle will be available for 6 passengers to use throughout the entire tour.
Passengers may be transferred between helicopters in order to maintain a safe weight balance.
Babies at a very young age: Children aged 0- 2 can travel at no cost with a valid ID or birth certificate.
Changing the reservation date:
Rescheduling the tour 30 days prior will result in a 20% charge.
If less than 30days’ notice is given, a new booking will be required and cancellation fees will apply.
Our Conditions for payment are as follows:
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance to be settled 30 days before departure.
Payment must be made in full prior to departure in order to board the helicopter.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, refunds will be granted as per our Force Majeure and Bad Weather policies.
The cost of the tour will be INR 15,000 approximately per person if 3 Dham are completed and 1 Dham is not included, resulting in a refund.
The stated cost does not include additional charges such as extended overnight stays, additional transportation, or any other services utilized outside of the package offerings.
Extra services offered at Dham will be subtracted from the refundable Tour Cost.
Unutilized services are not eligible for a refund.
Our policy regarding cancellations is as follows:
A cancellation charge of 40% will apply if the flight is cancelled up to 30 days before the departure date.
No refund will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the flying date. The passenger is responsible for any additional night halts incurred due to weather conditions or other factors.
In the event that the combined weight of passengers exceeds 450 kg, a penalty of INR 1,20,000 + GST will be enforced per departure. Furthermore, flight operations are subject to the discretion of
the Pilot and AME.
Please keep in mind that these guidelines have been established to guarantee the safety, comfort, and smooth running of the Chardham Yatra. We kindly ask that you make arrangements and inform us of any special requirements ahead of time. Significant Rules

On the last day, we will be leaving. Our goal is to leave Badrinath promptly to avoid any potential inclement weather. As a result, breakfast may need to be skipped. Opting for breakfast at Dehradun will result in an extra charge.
The required documents are as follows:
Both Indian and foreign nationals are required to present either an Aadhar Card or Passport before boarding.
Lodging and transportation:
The comprehensive list of properties will be provided 30 days before the travel date.
There is an extra charge for transfers to and from Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh.
For the ease of transportation, there will be a designated area for helicopter landings and designated base camps.
Passengers traveling in larger groups may be assigned to different base camps (Phata, Guptkashi,Sirsi) based on the helicopter’s size and schedule.
Contributions and Extra Expenses:
Passengers are responsible for covering the costs of donations, tips, porter charges, and palki/pony charges during their journey, with the exception of Yamunotri.
