The company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All
other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and
company is now here bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
Avoid Circumstances
If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accident so any other natural or man-
made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional
expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if any passengers, has
to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other
reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.

Reservation Policy
Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% Payment: 30% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or arrival of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end. In case when the trip is booked only within 10 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while
booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. 50% refund if cancelled before 30 days of tour.
2. 25% refund is cancelled before 15 days of tour.
3. 10% refund if cancelled before 7 days of tour.
4. No refund if cancelled in last 7 days of tour.

Tour Itinerary
Indore – Mahakaleshwar Temple – Omkareshwar Temple – Indore
On arrival, check in at the booked hotel and relax. Later, visit Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga for darshan and get bowled-over by the wondrous architecture featuring a finely sculpted shikhara (spire). Popular legend states that Lord Shiva appeared here in the form of Maha kaal to save his devotees from the fierce demon named Dushan and blessed them to stay here forever to bless his followers. You will be mesmerized to know that this is the only Jyotirlinga where the idol is Dakshinamurthy (south facing). Moreover, it has a Shakti-Peetha (dedicated to Goddess Shakti) where the upper lip of the goddess (who is known here as Mahakali) had fallen. Depending on time available, visit other important temples in the city, including Kaal Bhairav Temple and Chintaman Ganesh Temple or monuments like Kaliyadeh Palace and Ved Shala. Overnight stay in Ujjain.
Before leaving, attend the morning aarti (prayer) at the Mahakaleshwar temple. If you book Bhasma Aarti in advance, attend the temple as per schedule. Have breakfast before leaving for Shri Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, which is located on the island of Mandhata (also known as Shivpuri). On arrival check in to the booked hotel and later proceed to the temple. Omkareshwar is the place where Lord Shiva blessed Vindhya Mountain to be the largest mountain in the region. It is believed that Shiva divided the Lingam into two parts – one at Omkareshwar and the other at Mamleshwar on the exact opposite bank of the Narmada River. After offering prayers at the temple, Later drive back to the hotel and overnight stay at Omkareshwar Hotel.
Have breakfast before leaving at the airport or railway station in Indore. The Mahakaleshwar Darshan Yatra ends with Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga as soon as you board the booked flight/train to come back home.
