Flight Schedule:
1.The Dham sequence is subject to change due to factors such as weather conditions, technical difficulties, or government regulations.
2.Please note that the time and order of departure may be subject to change.
3.Babies at a very young age:
4.Children aged 2-12 years will require a valid ID/Birth Certificate and must pay the child fare.
5.Please refrain from flying.
6.In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen circumstances preventing air travel, aproportional refund will be issued (excluding taxes, royalty fees, and10% flight preparationcharges).
7.Conditions that require medical attention or are considered unique or uncommon.
8.Please notify us ahead of time if you have any medical or special needs. Failure to disclosethis information may result in being removed fromthe aircraft.
Classification of passengers:
1.Passengers may be relocated to different helicopters in order to ensure proper weightdistribution and ensure everyone’s safety.
2.One vehicle will be supplied for a group of 6 individuals throughout the durationof the tour.
3.Unfavourable weather conditions
4.Hill flying is affected by adverse weather conditions and unforeseen occurrences such as:
5.Delays in obtaining clearances or permissions for VVIP travel
6.The Indian Air Force has issued a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) regarding valley flying.
7.An unexpected technical issue with the aircraft and the illness of flying crew have both arisen.
8. Delays in passengers arriving at helipads
9.Passengers should be ready to handle potential situations and difficulties that may arise in the event of these circumstances.
10. It is highly recommended to extend the trip by one day beyond the scheduled time to prepare for potential inconveniences, such as being stranded at a destination due to
unfavourable weather or unexpected situations.
11. In the event of a backlog, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable situations, the itinerary may be altered. This may result in only being able to visit Ek dham within one day or Dodham within two days.
12.In the event of a backlog caused by inclement weather,the excursion may be cancelled.
13.In the event that Dodham is finished within 48 hours, any additional overnight fees will be the responsibility of the guests and will be based on the actual cost.
