• Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial refund
• Last-minute cancellations may attract higher charges or no refund
• No refund will be provided for no-shows

2. Cancellation by SU-YATRA.COM

SU-YATRA.COM reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or operational issues.

In such cases, customers may be offered:

• Rescheduling of the tour
• Credit for future travel
• Refund (subject to deductions by third-party service providers)

3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on hotels, transport providers, helicopter services, and other third-party vendors involved in the tour package.

• Service charges, convenience fees, and taxes are non-refundable
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing time is typically 7–14 working days

4. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be applicable for cancellations due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, pandemics, government orders, or weather-related disruptions.
